Effects Of Simulated Animal Feeding Cotyledon On Seed Germination And Early Seedling Growth Of Quercus Liaotungensis

                  Under the condition of laboratory artificial climate box and glass greenhouse, the effects of different degrees of cotyledon resection (1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 cotyledons were resected) on seed germination and early seedling growth of Quercus liaotungensis (Quercus wutaishanica) were studied.Simulation Animal

                   The results showed that the germination rate of the seed was higher than that of the control under the condition of the artificial climate incubator, and the difference between the treatment of 1/4 Cotyledon and the control was significant. The treatment of Cotyledon has accelerated the germination process of seed, namely, the decrease of germination rate coefficient, and the difference between treatment and control, and there was no significant difference between the two treatments and the control, and the other excision treatments had no significant effect on the Vigor index. Under the condition of the glass greenhouse, although there was no significant increase in germination rate of seeds with different degree of lobectomy, the germination process of the seeds was accelerated and the germination index increased after lobectomy. The vigor index was slightly lower than the control in resection of 1/4 cotyledons, and the treatment of 1/2 and 3/4 cotyledons was significantly reduced.Simulation Animal

                  The growth parameters of seedling height, basal diameter, main root length, lateral roots number, maximal lateral branch length, leaf number, single leaf area and total dry quality of the excised Cotyledon were decreased in different degrees, among them, the plant height was significantly different between the treatments and the control, and the other growth parameters were significantly smaller than the control in 2 severe cotyledon resection (resection of 1/2 and 3/4 cotyledons). The effect of seedling root-shoot ratio was smaller than that of cotyledon resection, each treatment and control there was no significant difference between the two treatments, and the leaf area of the seedlings was increased. Compared with the length and length of the root, the ratio of leaf area in resection of 1/2 cotyledons was significantly greater than that of the control, and the length of the graft was significantly greater than that of the control, and the length of 1/2 Cotyledon and the resection of 3/4 cotyledons was significantly greater than that of the excised 1/4 cotyledons.Simulation Animal
